We are looking for experienced Campaign Management Senior Analysts to join our digital marketing and automation team. The role demands strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), campaign management, and digital marketing execution.
You'll be responsible for managing multi-channel campaigns, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring campaigns are delivered with precision, creativity, and compliance. This is a client-facing and performance-driven role.
Work timings : 12pm to 9.30pm (IST)
Responsibilities :
- Work on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement and Customer Data Platform
- Design, build, and optimize campaigns using SFMC, HTML, and CSS
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital marketing channels
- Interact with peers, clients, and Accenture management to deliver campaign objectives
- Analyze and solve increasingly complex campaign and data challenges
- Ensure commitment to quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
- Manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining results orientation
- Work independently with minimal instruction; moderate guidance for new assignments
- Oversee small work efforts and / or contribute as an individual contributor
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts if required
