Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our construction and infrastructure development industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEBI Compliance LODR Regulations Companies Act 2013 ROC Filings Board Meetings & Minutes Corporate Governance Stock Exchange Compliance (NSE / BSE) Investor Relations and Legal Documentation & Drafting.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations LODR Regulations and Companies Act 2013.
  • Manage ROC Filings and ensure timely submissions.
  • Organize and prepare for Board Meetings including drafting minutes.
  • Implement and maintain Corporate Governance practices.
  • Oversee Stock Exchange Compliance for NSE / BSE.
  • Handle Investor Relations and communication.
  • Assist in Legal Documentation and Drafting.

Qualifications :

  • Qualified Company Secretary (CS).
  • Membership with ICSI.
  • Experience in a similar role in the construction or infrastructure industry.
  • Thorough understanding of SEBI regulations LODR Regulations and Companies Act 2013.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
