Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Tele Caller. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining customer databases. The Tele Caller will also coordinate with the sales team and ensure follow-up calls are conducted to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telemarketing or customer service roles
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other tele-calling tools
• Basic knowledge of healthcare services
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and data entry skills
• Fluency in English and regional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred
