We’re Hiring : Retail Trainer

Location : Mumbai

Work Week : 5 days | Standard 9-hour shift

A leading fashion & lifestyle retail brand is looking for a passionate Retail Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programs that empower retail teams, elevate customer experience, and drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Do :

Create & deliver engaging training modules (product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and store operations).

Conduct interactive classroom, on-the-job, and e-learning sessions.

Collaborate with retail managers & HR to plan and assess training outcomes.

Stay updated with industry best practices and innovate training initiatives.

Coach retail staff to reinforce skills and ensure continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For :

Bachelor’s degree (additional certifications in L&D / training a plus).

3+ years of experience in retail training or staff development.

Strong grasp of retail operations, sales, and customer service.

Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Flexible to adapt to varied schedules (including weekends / holidays, if required).
