Retail Trainer

House of Fett – one of India's fastest-growing fashion brands – is looking for a passionate and energetic Retail Trainer to enhance the performance and presentation of our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities :

• ???? Store Operations Training

Train new joiners on SOPs, POS handling, inventory, customer service & grooming

Conduct refresher training on operational compliance & store discipline

Improve staff efficiency through hands-on coaching & daily roleplays

• ???? Product Knowledge

Train staff on fabric types, design stories, collections & styling suggestions

Build product confidence to improve conversion & upselling

Align product knowledge with seasonal launches and campaigns

• ???? Visual Merchandising (VM)

Guide on window display, mannequin styling & layout execution

Ensure consistent brand VM across all store formats

Visit stores for periodic VM checks and on-site corrections

• ???? Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Maintain training records and report improvements post-training

Identify training needs through feedback & store audits

Coordinate with HR & Zonal Heads for scheduled training rollouts

Who Should Apply

✅ 2–4 years of experience in fashion / lifestyle retail training or VM

✅ Excellent communication & presentation skills

✅ Hands-on knowledge of store processes, visual layout & product styling

✅ Willingness to travel for training & store visits
