New Joiner Onboarding & Training
- Conduct orientation sessions covering organizational policies, roles, responsibilities, and business processes.
- Train new MRs on focus brands, competitor awareness, and sales strategies.
- Facilitate detailing practice, RCPA training, and evaluation.
- Ensure document verification and HR coordination for smooth onboarding.
- Distribute onboarding deliverables.
HR & LMS Coordination
Confirm HR Orientation (HRO) completion and share attendance reports.Activate Learning Management System (LMS) access and coordinate ILT sessions.Arrange online training sessions with the support team.Collaborate with Zonal / Regional Managers for business process & incentive training.Qualifications & Experience :
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Science / Pharmacy.
Experience : Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development, with experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs. Sales experience at a managerial level is desirable.
Skills :
Strong knowledge of L&D principles (adult learning, simulations, etc.).Understanding of chronic & acute therapy areas , business strategies, and goals.Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.Proficiency in digital platforms (LMS, Zoom, etc.).We are opening to look at people keen to transition from sales to training,Skills Required
