Job description

New Joiner Onboarding & Training

  • Conduct orientation sessions covering organizational policies, roles, responsibilities, and business processes.
  • Train new MRs on focus brands, competitor awareness, and sales strategies.
  • Facilitate detailing practice, RCPA training, and evaluation.
  • Ensure document verification and HR coordination for smooth onboarding.
  • Distribute onboarding deliverables.

HR & LMS Coordination

  • Confirm HR Orientation (HRO) completion and share attendance reports.
  • Activate Learning Management System (LMS) access and coordinate ILT sessions.
  • Arrange online training sessions with the support team.
  • Collaborate with Zonal / Regional Managers for business process & incentive training.
  • Qualifications & Experience :

    Education :  Bachelor's Degree in Science / Pharmacy.

    Experience :  Minimum  5 years  in Learning & Development, with experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.  Sales experience at a managerial level is desirable.

    Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of  L&D principles  (adult learning, simulations, etc.).
  • Understanding of  chronic & acute therapy areas , business strategies, and goals.
  • Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in  digital platforms (LMS, Zoom, etc.).
