Position Overview
The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations within the Audit & Assurance Department, ensuring timely client communication, quality review of work, team discipline, and knowledge transfer. The role demands strong leadership to mentor project leaders, manage client expectations, and drive operational efficiency while fostering a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure daily client communication on project status and timely reporting.
- Review team outputs (Workings, Audit reports and Certifications) and maintain structured review documentation.
- Track and consolidate daily work submissions from project leaders.
- Facilitate learning initiatives and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Conduct daily team huddles and periodic meetings with DH / ADH.
- Cascade training received from ADH / senior management to project leaders.
- Guide team members to achieve performance benchmarks and maximize their output
- Maintain discipline and professional conduct at client premises
- Prepare and present project observations to senior management monthly.
- Identify and groom potential leaders across different projects.
- Create internal project backups regularly to ensure smooth handovers.
Skills Required
Technical Skills
