What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a pan-India sales and distribution strategy across General Trade, Modern Trade, HORECA, and E-commerce.
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, super-stockists, and retail partners in priority states (Maharashtra, Delhi-NCR, Karnataka, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu).
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets with clear performance metrics.
- Lead, train, and motivate a growing regional sales team to achieve expansion goals.
- Work closely with marketing for trade promotions, sampling drives, and visibility campaigns.
- Monitor trade spends, pricing strategy, and product margins to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with operations and finance for forecasting, logistics, and credit management.
- Track market trends, consumer insights, and competitor movements to adapt strategy dynamically.
