Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of 12–15 Academic Counsellors, ensuring achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in the EdTech sector.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve conversion rates and productivity.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Drive initiatives for process improvement, quality assurance, and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
Eligibility & Key Requirements (Highlighted) :
