- Sourcing profiles from various job portals like Naukri, Naukri Gulf, Bayt, Monster, Times Job according to requirements.
- Sourcing profiles through LinkedIn as well.
- Sourcing profiles from portals database that are suitable for company requirements.
- Screen, Filter and Audit the candidates CV sent by the Recruiters
- Organizing interviews for candidates as requested
- Counsel and coach candidates for interview
- Check with the candidates if they have attended the interview
- Negotiate the pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between candidates
- Send details of candidates scheduled for interview
- Get feedback from the candidates
- Call candidates (Active / Inactive) to build and develop relationships
