Designation : Executive - Patient Care Specialist

Experience : Freshers or experienced (in sales role)

Qualification : MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS or any medical related qualification

Job Location : Sec-14, Gurgaon

Working Days : 6

  • As Patient Care Specialist, you will serve as a crucial link between the company and our patients.

    Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Patient Engagement & Education - Conduct structured discussions, clearly explaining HexaHealth's specialized services to ensure patients understand the benefits and support available
  • for high-acuity care.

  • Personalized Recommendations - Assess patient health profiles to recommend suitable
  • specialists and hospitals, coordinating their consultation and ongoing treatment journey.

  • Medical Report Guidance - Review and explain patient reports confidently, using your knowledge to clarify treatment options and address patient concerns.
  • Continuous Patient Support - Guide patients through each stage of their healthcare process,
  • offering empathetic support and resolving queries to ensure a positive experience.

  • Building Healthcare Partnerships - Develop strong connections with hospital network & doctors
  • to deepen your expertise, allowing you to offer well-informed patient support.

  • Revenue & Patient Conversion Impact - Drive patient engagement effectively, contributing to
  • conversion rates and revenue growth by supporting well-informed healthcare decisions.
