We’re looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead our serviced apartment and temporary housing operations in India. Based in Bengaluru, this role will focus on building and managing a high-quality supplier network, supporting relocation / mobility clients, and driving the growth of our accommodation portfolio across key Indian markets. Key focus areas

  • Develop and manage serviced apartment supplier relationships (Bangalore + major Indian cities)
  • Oversee local supply chain performance, pricing and contracting
  • Support RMC and corporate client programmes in India
  • Act as the senior point of contact for India market strategy and operations
  • Provide market insight and ensure service standards meet global expectations What we’re looking for ✅ 5–8 yrs experience in serviced apartments, corporate housing, supply chain or relocation / global mobility ✅ Strong supplier relationship and sourcing background ✅ Commercial and client-facing mindset ✅ Knowledge of the Indian housing / relocation market ✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
