Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on housing loans and LAP.

This role requires excellent communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Affordable Housing Loans and LAP products in the Bangalore region.
• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
• Generate business through effective lead conversion and client acquisition strategies.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline, and customer Post Graduate in any discipline.

Experience : 3 - 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in housing finance, LAP, or related financial products.
