We are seeking a high-performing Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage a team of sales consultants. This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring process adherence, and meeting revenue goals with a strong focus on consultative selling. Responsibilities :

Team Leadership & Management :

• Lead, manage, and coach a team of Business Consultants to consistently achieve monthly revenue and product targets.
• Conduct daily huddles, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins.
• Monitor adherence to sales processes, CRM hygiene, and SOPs.
