Campaign Ideation & Development :

  • Conceptualize and lead integrated campaigns (BTL, digital, influencer, social, content, experiential, etc).
  • Co-create pitches with business leaders, develop end-to-end campaign flow, deliverables and storytelling decks.

Brand & Content IP Creation :

  • Design content-led IPs for both DirectX (activation-led) and YConnect (youth content-led).
  • Constantly mine cultural, digital and GenZ insights to build contextual, binge-worthy campaigns.
  • Strategic Planning & Storytelling (online and on-ground) :
  • Write compelling creative strategies and rationales that sell big ideas.
  • Translate business goals into audience-driven campaign concepts.
  • Campaign Execution Oversight :

  • Partner with operations, production, media and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Act as creative guardian of the idea throughout the project / campaign lifecycle.
  • Trendspotting & Culture Mining :

  • Stay ahead of pop culture, memes, youth trends, tech and tools.
  • Keep tabs on what's breaking the internet and what's breaking down consumer attention spans.
  • Business Impact & Reporting :

  • Work with internal teams to build post-campaign reports, case studies and PR-worthy stories.
  • Drive and guide performance metrics like engagement, reach, conversions and virality.
