Job descriptionExcellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi . 2–4 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales. Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sales mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred. Willingness to work six days a week from the Ahmedabad office .

Key Responsibilities
- Drive lead conversions by effectively communicating product and service benefits.
- Manage, track, and update leads and interactions within the CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to enhance overall conversion strategies.
- Contribute directly to achieving revenue and performance goals.
