Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the inside sales / telesales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Drive strategic planning and execution to broaden market reach and customer base.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent attainment of sales goals.
- Develop and optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Coach, mentor, and upskill junior sales executives to boost team performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure aligned messaging and outreach strategies.
- Maintain CRM systems and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Operate outbound and inbound dialer systems to support sales activities.
Qualifications :
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2C / B2B inside sales or business development roles.Proven experience in team management, target handling, and leadership.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce or Zoho.Experience in skincare, cosmetics, or wellness industry is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Skills Required
