Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for computer hardware and operating systems.
- Handle installation of Windows , system configuration, and technical troubleshooting.
- Perform remote support and system maintenance, akin to an IT administrator role.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Skills
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities .Ability to work both independently and as a team member.Proficiency in Windows installation, configuration, and technical troubleshooting .Experience with remote support .Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree (B.E. / B.Tech) or Diploma in Engineering , preferably in Computer Sciences.Willingness to work in night shifts .Skills Required
