Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our business across the Tubes, Solar MMS, and Stamping divisions. This role is critical to driving strategic growth and maintaining strong relationships within the domestic market.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow key domestic accounts across Tubes, Solar MMS, and Stamping product lines
  • Develop and implement account strategies aligned with business goals and customer expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics, finance) to deliver seamless customer solutions
  • Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements with key accounts
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management

Requirements :

  • A bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) is mandatory
  • 12 to 15 years of proven experience in key account management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • 4-5 years of experience in managing solar infrastructure-related customers.
  • Exposure to Tube / metal profile / Sheet-metal stamping parts marketing
  • Strong understanding of domestic market dynamics and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
