Manager – Business Development (FP&A, Data, Digital Transformation, Automation & AI)
Location : Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in office) Focus Geography : Global (with major emphasis on Canada)
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Manager – Business Development to drive new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts for our FP&A, Data, Digital Transformation, Automation, and AI services. The role requires a strong hunter mindset to build relationships with VP / C-level executives in North America (particularly Canada) and a proven ability to drive complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Pursue Net New Accounts and drive client acquisition through engagement with VP / C-level executives.
- Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across service lines.
- Conduct strategic research on accounts and industries to craft tailored value propositions.
- Execute a 360° outreach strategy (emails, calls, LinkedIn, events, partner ecosystem engagements).
- Collaborate with AE / VP to manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Stay updated on market trends in FP&A, Data, AI, and Digital Transformation, as well as the competitive landscape.
- Partner across global teams and time zones to align and execute sales strategies seamlessly.
Requirements
5–7 years of B2B / enterprise sales or business development experience, preferably in consulting and technology services.Proven track record of hunting and building relationships with VP / C-level executives, especially in North America (Canada preferred).Strong ability to articulate digital transformation narratives and position services in FP&A, Data, Automation, and AI.Exceptional communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.Resilient, self-driven, and adaptable in a hybrid and global environment.Preferred Skills
Prior sales experience in Canada with established executive relationships.Domain exposure across HiTech, BFSI, Retail & CPG industries.Familiarity with sales engagement and enablement tools.Experience in solution-selling within FP&A, Data, AI, or Automation initiatives.Skills Required
