Scrum Master

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and facilitate agile delivery for our projects.

The ideal candidate will manage the full delivery lifecycle, coordinate agile ceremonies, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable data solutions.

This role demands deep expertise in Scrum, data technologies, and Agile frameworks, with a passion for continuous improvement and team development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for client accounts, including governance, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Facilitate and coordinate Scrum ceremonies : sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and clients to maintain alignment and strong working relationships.
• Ensure delivery processes align with Agile methodologies and Cotalitys standards and best practices.
• Establish and promote an Agile Center of Excellence (COE), coaching team members on Agile frameworks and fostering agile adoption.
• Support sales teams through proposal development and technical insights.
• Champion continuous improvement by tracking KPIs, resolving impediments, and driving team growth and maturity.
