Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support one or more agile teams within our Agile Release Train (ART). You will play a critical role in enabling high-performing teams to deliver innovative, responsible AI solutions for the banking sector. This role requires a deep understanding of SAFe , Agile principles , and the unique challenges of product development.

Key Responsibilities

Team Facilitation & Agile Coaching

Facilitate Planning Increment (PI) events, and all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
Coach the team on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment.

Delivery & Execution Support

Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.

Ensure sprint goals are met and aligned with ART-level PI Objectives.

Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to maintain a healthy backlog.

SAFe & ART Alignment

Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer to ensure cross-team alignment.

Support the team in meeting ART-level commitments and improving flow metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

2+ years working in a SAFe environment, ideally within an Agile Release Train.

Experience supporting teams building AI / ML or data-driven products.

Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Familiarity with Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, team health) and tools (Craft, Jira, Confluence, Miro.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I / II) and / or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM / SASM).

Background in data science, AI / ML, or software engineering is a plus.

Experience in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.

Understanding of MLOps, model governance, and AI lifecycle management.
