Accion Labs - Scrum Master

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our project team. This is a key role responsible for driving agile practices, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring effective delivery. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in SAFe and Scrum methodologies but will also have a strong technical background to independently lead discussions and interact with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure effective outcomes.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile / SAFe practices, ensuring adherence to principles and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with external teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Drive technical discussions and meetings independently, demonstrating a sound understanding of technical concepts.
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure the smooth progress of the team.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and transparency within the team.
• Support product owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
