Scrum Master for Bangalore Location.

Experience : 9 -15 Yrs

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies to promote team engagement and alignment.
• Assist product owners in defining, prioritizing, and refining the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-structured and meet acceptance criteria.
• Coach team members on Scrum principles, agile methodologies, and best practices to enhance performance and productivity.
• Identify and remove impediments that may hinder the teams progress, ensuring a smooth workflow and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to ensure alignment with AI / ML project objectives and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and suggesting necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Champion a culture of transparency and open communication among team members and stakeholders, promoting collaboration to achieve project goals.
