About The Role

We are seeking a certified and experienced Scrum Master and Contract Manager to lead Agile teams in the successful delivery of high-impact software products and services. The ideal candidate will foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams by applying Agile principles and facilitating Scrum ceremonies effectively.

Scrum Master Role Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies : Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Guide and coach the team on Agile principles and best practices.
• Work with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
• Identify, address, and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.).
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, self-organization, and accountability.

Contract Management Role Responsibilities

Experience Require

8 to 11 years of total experience whereas at least 7 years of relevant scrum master experience.

Education

BE / B.Tech or ME / M.Tech educational qualification preferably having work experience from product-based industry experience.
