Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a background in software development to join our dynamic team As a Scrum Master you will play a pivotal role in guiding our Agile teams ensuring that they adhere to Scrum principles and practices while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement Your understanding of development processes along with your skills in facilitation and coaching will enable you to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical stakeholders effectively In this position you will not only advocate for Agile methodologies but also leverage your development experience to offer insights that drive project success You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to manage project timelines mitigate risks and promote a healthy team environment Additionally you will be responsible for fostering an Agile mindset and helping to enhance skills among team members This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Agile practices and who enjoys working in a collaborative environment to deliver highquality products that meet our customers needs Join us to make a significant impact and help propel our organization towards greater efficiency and innovation

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Standups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives

Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team promoting an environment that encourages collaboration and high performance

Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and ensuring clarity in user stories and acceptance criteria

Identify and remove impediments that hinder the teams progress

Coach team members on Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Scrum practices

Track and report on team performance using relevant metrics and key performance indicators

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous communication throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum Kanban and Lean

A background in software development or engineering with handson experience in programming or software delivery

Solid understanding of Agile principles and the ability to instill them in team members

Exceptional facilitation coaching and mentoring skills

Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders

Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster CSM or Professional Scrum Master PSM are preferred
