Role Overview
Lead and elevate AEHL’s CRM vertical by establishing and scaling end-to-end post-sales operations — from banking, registration and collections to possession and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement SOPs for post-sales operations including billing, collections, registrations, changes, and possessions.
- Drive team performance to achieve monthly targets for collections, registrations, and handovers.
- Lead customer conflict resolution with tact, empathy, and professionalism.
- Engage with homeowners, tenants, and landlords for account reconciliation and recovery.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Engineering teams to streamline processes.
- Ensure accuracy of data and documentation in the CRM ERP system.
- Build and mentor a high-performing CRM team with accountability metrics.
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare MIS reports and monthly forecasts.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 15 years of CRM experience in real estate. Strong command over post-sales processes : billing, collections, registration, possession, documentation. Excellent conflict management and interpersonal skills. ERP proficiency mandatory (Farvision, Hi Rise, Zoho, Salesforce or equivalent). Fluent in English and Marathi.
