We are seeking a Customer Care Manager to oversee customer interactions and ensure high levels of satisfaction. This role involves handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, as well as coordinating with various teams to resolve service-related issues efficiently.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Ensure timely resolution of service-related issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with service, sales, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain service records and prepare customer feedback reports.
- Conduct follow-up calls post service / vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage service appointment scheduling and ensure smooth workflow at service centers.
- Support in implementing customer care campaigns and loyalty programs.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher management as needed.
