Key Responsibilities :
- ???? Administrative Support :
- Manage the HoD's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate departmental appointments.
- Organize travel plans, itineraries, and logistics for the HoD.
- Draft, proofread, and manage internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- ???? Department Coordination :
- Act as a liaison between the HoD and internal / external stakeholders including faculty, staff, and vendors.
- Support coordination of departmental meetings, workshops, and special projects.
- Assist in preparing reports, departmental reviews, and follow-ups on action items.
- ???? Information & Document Management :
- Maintain accurate records of departmental activities, project progress, and communications.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of data, reports, and materials required by the HoD.
- Track deadlines and coordinate across teams to ensure deliverables are met.
- ???? Operational Assistance :
- Help manage department budgets, procurement requests, and office supplies (if applicable).
- Support event planning, training sessions, and departmental initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with utmost professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.3–6 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate or academic setting.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.Familiarity with scheduling tools, document management systems, or ERP platforms is advantageous.Key Skills :
