Relationship Manager - Retail Mortgages

Job descriptionManage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall service delivery. Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business targets. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure long-term relationships.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of retail mortgages and the BFSI industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
