We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have professional experience in the BFSI industry , with a background in retail banking . This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase business growth.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Business Development :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
Market Analysis :
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.

Job Requirements

Experience & Knowledge :

Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry , particularly in retail banking .

Professional experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.

Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze market trends.
