Role & responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Acquisition sourcing new SME clients
- Relationship Management – maintaining and deepening client relationships
- Credit Assessment – understanding financials, preparing CAMs, coordinating with credit teams
- Product Knowledge – SME loans, working capital, term loans, trade finance, overdrafts
- Portfolio Management – monitoring account performance, renewals, and early warning signals
- Cross-selling – promoting other bank products like CASA, insurance, treasury solutions
- Market & Industry Awareness – tracking sector trends and competitor offerings
- Negotiation & Communication Skills – for structuring deals and handling client queries
