Role profile :
- Responsible for identifying and maintaining relationship with existing & prospective clients, vendors, manufacturers etc. in order to generate business leads, achieve disbursement targets and simultaneously maintain portfolio profitability & quality in the assigned area.
- Liaison with Zonal and Regional managers to formulate the strategies for sourcing businesses and accordingly detail-out the business target for the financial year
- Build networks and strategic alliances with OEMs & dealers to drive business development, profitability and productivity in the assigned territory
- Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues & generate revenue from untapped markets
- Drive process and system improvements to improve the TAT and enhance
