Roles & Responsibilities :
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for SME Loan Against Property (LAP) through DSA channels and direct sourcing .
- Identify and acquire new clients through market leads, referrals, and existing DSA relationships .
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with DSAs , connectors, and financial intermediaries to generate a consistent business pipeline.
- Conduct client meetings, understand financial requirements, and pitch suitable LAP offerings as per client profile.
- Ensure adherence to company's credit policies, process standards , and documentation norms for timely disbursals.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as credit, legal, and operations to ensure smooth processing of loan files.
- Monitor and follow up on leads and applications to ensure quick and compliant closures .
- Regularly update and report progress to sales leadership .
Candidate Requirements :
Minimum 1–4 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / SME Lending sales.Familiarity with DSA network and LAP underwriting basics .Graduation is mandatory (Undergraduates with experience may also apply).Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and field-ready professional.Skills Required
