Manage the end-to-end recruiting cycle including writing job descriptions, employee screening, interview processes, and onboarding for IT-specific job profiles
Implement IT headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends as an effective IT talent acquisition consultant
Good convincing and managing skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical recruitment
If you have experience with salesforce technologies, then it would be an added advantage
