Key Responsibilities
- Implement and facilitate sourcing strategy using various methodologies and channels
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, plan resources, and address talent acquisition demand
- Conduct talent pipelining using efficient sourcing channels and media platforms to maintain candidate flow
- Post job ads using creative methods aligned with Goodyear's branding and EVP to attract top and diverse talent
- Create offer analysis per company guidelines, engage with candidates in offer discussions, and support pre-onboarding in partnership with Country HR, COEs, and HR Business Partners
- Join recruitment events and support talent attraction initiatives such as University Relations and EVP promotion
- Maintain hiring reports and provide insights to improve strategy and solutions
Job Requirements
7+ years of experience in technical recruiting for software development, data science, IT, and related rolesDeep understanding of the tech landscape and required competencies for various technical rolesExperience hiring for global teams with awareness of cultural and labor market dynamicsExperience in a corporate global capability center or similar high-growth environmentStrong stakeholder management skills and agility in providing diverse hiring solutionsProficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint) and tools such as Tableau for report and presentation creationGoodyear is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
