Key Objectives :
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to address current and future staffing requirements.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Engage with external vendors and agencies for specialized recruitment needs when necessary.
- Leverage data and metrics to analyze recruitment effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities :
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles across the organization, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions.Employ a variety of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and referrals, to identify highly qualified candidates.Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.Negotiate offers and manage the offer extension process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.Partner with various stakeholders within the organization to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.Maintain accurate and current candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to stakeholders.Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent Sureify at career fairs and recruitment events.Required Skills and Qualifications :
7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on senior-level roles, specifically within a software product development company.Demonstrated proficiency in various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred Skills and Qualifications :
Experience in recruiting within the technology industry (ideally for the Life & Annuity insurance domain).Relevant certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).Experience with employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.Proven ability to forge strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
