• Strong interpersonal skills, networking, and communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled, reviewing the job description for vacancies
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting cycle including writing job descriptions, employee screening, interview processes, and onboarding for IT-specific job profiles
• Implement IT headhunting strategies, keeping in mind the latest industry trends as an effective IT talent acquisition consultant
• Good convincing and managing skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical recruitment
• If you have experience with salesforce technologies, then it would be an added advantage
