Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing IT consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, USC) to implementation partners, direct clients, and Tier 1 vendors across the US market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Market available consultants to clients and vendors using job boards, social media, cold calling, and established networks
- Develop and maintain relationships with implementation partners, direct clients, and vendors
- Negotiate contract terms, rates, and close positions in a timely manner
- Proactively track and update consultants’ status, availability, and skillsets
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth onboarding
- Maintain candidate and vendor database for future opportunities
- Work closely with internal recruiters and account managers to align sales efforts
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5+ years of proven experience in US IT Bench SalesExcellent knowledge of the US staffing and immigration processStrong network of Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and clientsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsHighly motivated, target-driven, and team-orientedFamiliarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedInExperience working with VMS portalsBasic understanding of technical skillsets and job rolesPrior experience in handling end-to-end bench sales lifecycle
