Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Timing : 06 : 30 PM IST - 03 : 30 AM IST

Employment Type : Full-time, Night Shift

Location : - 901, 9th floor Reach My Tower Tulip Chowk Sector 70 Gurugram .

Interview Timing : - 06 : 30 PM IST to 12 : 00 AM IST

Key Responsibilities :

Work with pre-identified candidate profiles to apply on relevant job portals

Coordinate and follow up with candidates for interviews and updates

Engage effectively with clients and candidates to negotiate terms

Manage the recruitment cycle for US IT Bench Sales roles

Requirements :

Proven experience in US IT Bench Sales recruitment

Strong communication and negotiation skills

In-depth understanding of recruitment and sales processes

Ability to work in the US shift (6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM)

Willingness to relocate, if required
