As a key part of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates that align with client needs and project requirements.Key Responsibilities : Talent Sourcing : Utilize multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networks, etc.) to find potential candidates.Actively reach out to passive candidates, building relationships and creating talent pipelines.Candidate Screening and Interviews : Review resumes, portfolios, and applications to identify qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.Evaluate and present a shortlist of candidates to hiring managers or clients.Client Communication : Work closely with upGrad team to understand their Client needs and project requirements.Provide regular updates to clients on the status of recruitment efforts.Assist clients in defining job descriptions and requirements.Contract Management : Facilitate contract negotiations between clients and freelancers.Ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal and
