You will be the driving force behind our growth, responsible for finding and attracting the best and brightest talent. This is a role for a true hustler who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams from the ground up.What You'll Do Own the Hunt : Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles (tech and non-tech), from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and closing top talent.Be a Sourcing Guru : Proactively find and engage with passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other platforms.Partner with Leaders : Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, define role requirements, and build a seamless interview process.Champion Candidate Experience : Ensure every candidate, regardless of the outcome, has a positive and memorable experience with Openhouse.Build Talent Pipelines : Develop a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.Be a Culture Ambassador : Embody and communicate the Openhouse mission and values, getting candidates excited about what we're building.What We're Looking For Experience : 2-3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a high-growth startup or a fast-paced tech environment.Skills : Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and interviewing. You know how to write a killer Boolean string and can spot talent from a mile away.Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You can write compelling outreach messages and build rapport with anyone.Who You Are You're a hustler with a go-getter attitude.
