Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sr. Recruiter. The Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates. Additional tasks include developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Sr. Recruiter will play a crucial role in building and sustaining a talented workforce to meet the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Skills in developing recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and understand their staffing needs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the technology or IT industry is a plus
