Job Description :
Seeking Senior Bench Sales Managers with extensive expertise in US IT staffing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of experience in handling full-cycle bench sales, specializing in placing IT professionals on bench into client projects.
- Involved in Staffing Sales Full Cycle- gathering the requirements, choosing the best suitable requirement to our OPT / H1, GC, Citizens resources, locking on the rates, scheduling the interviews, Monitoring and follow up with the client till final selection
- Extensive experience in identifying suitable candidates for direct placement position and contract to hire positions and contracting positions based on client needs
- Experience in placing H1 Transfers and Getting H1's
- Working experience with W2, 1099 and Corp2Corp Candidates
- Consistently maintain the Quality standards of the Work Process
- Having good database of Tier 1 vendors for placing consultants
- Well-connected within Staffing Industry and knows basic nuances of recruitment cycle and sales within the Staffing industry
- Ability to manage a hiring process to ensure that the staffing needs of the company are fully met
- Very well versed in screening applicants in order to determine if their skills / abilities match company job descriptions
- Should be an excellent team leader and player
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
