Role : Lead - SAP Recruiter

Exp : 10+ Years

Location : Hyderabad

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead SAP Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and hiring SAP professionals across multiple domains. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA, SAP RISE, and SAP GROW solutions, with proven experience in driving full-cycle recruitment for niche SAP roles in global organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for SAP positions (permanent and contract) across functional and technical streams.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top SAP talent, particularly in S / 4HANA, RISE with SAP, and GROW with SAP programs.
Partner with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and project leaders to understand talent requirements and workforce planning.
Screen, evaluate, and present qualified candidates with detailed insights into SAP project experience.
Manage & nurture candidate pipelines, maintain accurate ATS / CRM data, and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
Network with SAP community and execute innovative solutions to attract top SAP talent
Negotiate compensation, offers, and contracts in alignment with client and organizational guidelines.
Provide recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports to leadership
Stay updated on SAP industry trends, competitive intelligence, and talent market insights.
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to building best practices for SAP hiring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 4+ years focused on SAP recruitment.

Strong knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA modules, SAP RISE, and SAP GROW programs.

Proven track record of hiring SAP consultants (functional, technical, BASIS, security, project managers, architects, etc.).

Solid understanding of SAP project lifecycles, implementation phases, and resource requirements.

Experience working with VMS tools (e.G., Fieldglass, IQN) and managing vendor / client relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting for global SAP projects across onshore / offshore models.

Familiarity with contract staffing and permanent hiring in India, North America, Europe, and APAC regions.

Strong professional network within the SAP ecosystem.
