- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process , including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract top talent.
✅ Stakeholder & Candidate Management
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.✅ Sourcing & Screening
Utilize job portals, social media, and networking to source quality candidates.Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.✅ Offer Management & Onboarding
Negotiate offers and facilitate a smooth hiring process .Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.✅ Recruitment Metrics & Compliance
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws .Requirements :
