Explain various insurance policies (life, health, motor, general, etc.) clearly and professionally.
Gather customer information, understand their needs, and suggest appropriate plans.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and update client details in the system.
Follow up with interested clients to complete policy issuance or renewal.
Achieve daily / weekly call and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
