The Role
- Promote and sell life and non-life insurance products to bank clients.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with bank branch staff to generate leads and referrals.
- Conduct financial needs analysis for clients to provide suitable insurance solutions.
- Assist bank customers in understanding insurance policies, coverage, and benefits.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct product presentations, financial literacy sessions, and client calls to increase product awareness.
- Ensure compliance with company and bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and claims coordination as needed.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
