Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager (Direct Marketing), you will be the face of OneInsure to customers. This role focuses on new business acquisition, customer relationship management, and digital adoption, ensuring clients get a smooth end-to-end insurance experience. You will use CRM platforms, analytics dashboards, and the OneInsure app to meet customer needs while driving business growth.
Key Acquisition & Advisory
- Prospect, connect, and acquire customers for life and general insurance.
- Conduct detailed financial needs assessments to recommend personalized solutions.
- Educate customers about digital-first services offered via the OneInsure app.
Sales & Revenue Achievement
Consistently meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities for existing clients.Ensure high closure rates through structured sales funnel management.Customer Engagement & Retention
Build long-term client relationships with regular follow-ups and service delivery.Support customers through policy renewals, claims assistance, and escalations.Ensure exceptional NPS (Net Promoter Score) by delivering seamless service.Digital Adoption & Data-Driven Sales
Leverage CRM, mobile apps, and digital dashboards for customer profiling.Generate insights from data to refine sales approach.Promote adoption of the OneInsure apps self-service features.Compliance & Reporting
Ensure IRDAI compliance in all sales and advisory processes.Maintain accurate customer databases, reports, and MIS updates.Qualifications & Skills
2-6 years of experience in Insurance / Banking / Financial Services sales.Strong knowledge of life and general insurance products.Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, digital apps, and reporting systems.Bachelors degree in Business / Finance / Marketing; MBA preferred(ref : iimjobs.com)
