Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards.
- Follow up on customer interactions when necessary.
Eligibility Criteria :
0 to 1 year of experience in Customer Service / International BPO preferred.Excellent verbal communication skills in English.Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.Flexible to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.Minimum educational qualification : Any Graduate (Freshers eligible).Skills Required
